Lochenza Service Support is run by LOCHENZA LTD, a small team working out of the United Kingdom on event logistics and vendor coordination. We are not an events agency and we do not sell you a production. What we do is take the parts of an event that sit between the venue, the suppliers and the schedule, and keep them moving so you are not the person chasing six different inboxes the week before the doors open.
Most of our clients come to us halfway through planning. The venue is booked, a few suppliers are pencilled in, and then the practical questions start piling up: who is signing off the delivery times, who holds the risk assessment, who confirms the load-in slot with the venue. You hand us the brief and we build a schedule with names, times and responsibilities against it, so the answers stop living in someone's head.
On the ground that means we manage arrival windows, check that equipment and stock turn up as specified, and stand between the venue's operations team and your suppliers when the running order shifts. If a van is late or a supplier has sent the wrong item, we sort the alternative and tell you what changed. You keep the decisions that matter to you, and we carry the follow-up.
We work on conferences, product launches, exhibitions, community days and private functions, and we are just as comfortable on a single-room hire as on a multi-day build. If you are still choosing suppliers we can shortlist and quote; if you have already booked them we slot into the gap and coordinate what is there. Either way you get one point of contact and a written record of what was agreed.
We are clear about what we do not do. We do not hold licences on your behalf, we do not staff your bar or your kitchen, and we do not take on work so close to the event date that suppliers cannot be properly checked. Those limits exist because the alternative is a rushed job with corners cut, and that helps nobody on the day.
