Questions
We handle vendor arrivals, load-in and load-out timings, on-site supplier questions, and the running order between your venue and your suppliers. Think of us as the person holding the clipboard so your team can host.
For most events, two to four weeks gives us room to confirm suppliers and build a sensible schedule. That said, we do take short-notice bookings when our calendar allows, so it is always worth asking.
We work with the suppliers you already trust and know. If you need help filling a gap, we can suggest local vendors we have coordinated with before, but the final choice stays with you.
We are based in the UK and cover events nationwide. Travel outside your local area is quoted separately, based on distance and how many days we need to be on site.
Yes, within reason. Tell us early if numbers are likely to change. We can add coordinators or adjust supplier timings, though very close changes depend on who is free on the day.
We keep a live schedule and a short list of backup contacts. If a supplier falls through, we tell you straight away, then work through the practical options with you rather than leaving you to chase it.
Lochenza Service Support exists for one reason: events go wrong when nobody is watching the joins. The caterer needs power before the band needs the stage. The florist needs the room before the guests arrive. We sit in the middle of those moving parts so you are not the one fielding calls while trying to welcome people.
We are operated by LOCHENZA LTD, a UK company, and we work across the events sector — weddings, private parties, community days, corporate functions and small festivals. No two briefs look the same, so we start by understanding your run of show, your venue rules and the suppliers already attached to the date.
Our approach is deliberately plain. We build a simple schedule everyone can read, confirm arrival windows with each vendor, and stay reachable in the days before the event. On the day, we are on site to meet suppliers, keep timings honest and flag problems early rather than at the point they become expensive.
You will not get a hard sell from us. If your event is small enough to run without a coordinator, we will say so. If it needs two people rather than one, we will say that too. Our job is to give you an accurate picture, then deliver what we promised.
Most of our work comes through word of mouth from people who have stood in a car park at 6am wondering where the marquee lorry is. That is the moment we are built for.
